(a) Glen Cove Road, a county road, between interchange 39 of IR 495 (SH 57-2) and Old Country Road, a distance of 2.8 miles, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

(b) Shelter Rock Road. Shelter Rock Road between interchange 35 of I-495 and the Lord and Taylor facility in the Town of North Hempstead and the Village of North Hills.

(e) Route 25 between Glen Cove Road and Nassau Boulevard.
