(a) Route 204 (Brooks Avenue) between Routes 33A and 204 (Chili Avenue) and RM 204-4301-2001± (300± feet west of Westfield Street) in the City of Rochester and Town of Gates.
(b) Route 33A (Chili Avenue) between IR 390 and Lincoln Avenue in the City of Rochester and Town of Gates.
(c) State Street. State Street, between Owens Road and a point 1.00± mile west of Owens Road, in the Village of Brockport and the Town of Sweden.

(e) Manitou Road between Route 531 and Route 104 in the Towns of Gates, Ogden, Greece and Parma.
(f) Route 104. Route 104 between Monroe-Orleans county line and Maplewood Drive in the Towns of Clarkson, Parma and Greece, and the City of Rochester.
(g) Route 19 between the Genesee-Monroe county line and Fair Street in the Town of Sweden and Village of Brockport.
(h) Blossom Road. Blossom Road between Route 590 and Winton Road, in the Town of Brighton and the City of Rochester, provided however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
(i) Route 31. Route 31 between Route 19 and the Monroe-Orleans county line (including the Redman Road overlap), in the Towns of Sweden and Clarkson.
(j) Turk Hill Road. Turk Hill Road between Route 31 and Whitney Road in the Town of Perinton and Village of Fairport.
(l) West Avenue (SH 5425). West Avenue (SH 5425) between Redman Road (Route 31 and CR 236) and Route 19 in the Town of Clarkson and the Village of Brockport.
(m) Route 19. Route 19 between West Avenue (SH 5425) and a point 7.5± miles north of West Avenue (SH 5425) in the Towns of Clarkson and Hamlin (RM 1121).
(n) Route 31. Route 31, between Route 390 and Transit Way, in the City of Rochester, and in the Towns of Gates, Ogden and Sweden.
(o) Route 404. Route 404 between Route 590 and the Monroe-Wayne county line in the Towns of Penfield, Webster and Irondequoit, and the Village of Webster.
(p) Route 531. Route 531 between Route 31 and I-490 in the Towns of Gates and Ogden.
(q) Five Mile Line Road (CR 18). Five Mile Line Road between Route 104 and Route 441 in the Towns of Webster and Penfield.
(r) Route 386. Route 386 (Elmsgrove Road) between Route 31 and Route 104 in the Towns of Gates and Greece.
(s) Route 15. Route 15 between Route 252 (Jefferson Road) and Honeoye Falls Road (CR 63) in the Towns of Henrietta and Rush.
(t) Honeoye Falls Road (CR 63). Honeoye Falls Road (CR 63) between Route 15 and Route 15A in the Towns of Rush and Mendon.
(u) West Main Street (CR 94). West Main Street (CR 94) between Route 15A and Monroe Street in the Town of Mendon and the Village of Honeoye Falls.
(v) Route 15A. Route 15A between Route 251 and the Monroe-Livngston county line in the Towns of Rush and Mendon.
(w) Route 251. Route 251 between Route 15 and Route 383 in the Towns of Rush, Wheatland and the Village of Scottsville.
(x) Route 383. Route 383 between Route 251 and a point 1.2 miles north of Route 251 in the Town of Wheatland and the Village of Scottsville.
