(a) Route 3. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 3 between the Lewis county line and the intersection of CR 36 (Route 3A) at Fargo, a distance of 5.6± miles, are designated as an access highway for use by 48-foot long, 102-inch wide trailers, and are not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.
