(a) US Route 9. The northbound and southbound roadways of US Route 9 between CR 2B (Blue Ridge Road) and I-87 exit 30 southbound entrance and exit ramps.
(b) Blue Ridge Road. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Blue Ridge Road (SH 8535) between US Route 9 and I-87 exit 29 southbound entrance and exit ramps.
