(b) Route 357. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 357 between IR 88 and CR 21, a distance of 6.6± miles in the Towns of Sidney and Franklin.

(c) CR 21. The northbound and southbound roadways of CR 21 between Route 357 and the northerly Walton village line, a distance of 12.6± miles in the Towns of Franklin and Walton.

(d) Route 10. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 10 between the southerly Walton village line and Route 268, a distance of 10.0± miles in the Towns of Walton and Tompkins.

(e) Route 268. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 268 between Route 10 and Route 990P, a distance of 9.31± miles in the Towns of Tompkins and Hancock.

(i) Route 28. Route 28 between the Delaware-Ulster county line and the Delaware-Otsego county line in the Towns of Middletown, Andes, Bovina, Delhi, Meredith and Franklin and in the Villages of Fleischmanns, Margaretville, Andes and Delhi.

(j) Route 30. Route 30 between Route 17 and the Delaware-Schoharie county line in the Towns of Hancock, Colchester, Andes, Middletown, Roxbury and in the Village of Margaretville.
