(c) Nichols Avenue. The northbound and southbound roadways of Nichols Avenue, between Route 5 and the terminus of Nichols Avenue; provided, however, that Nichols Avenue is designated as an access highway for use by tandem trailer combinations 102 inches in width, and is not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.

(d) West Point Avenue. West Point Avenue between Route 5 and the terminus of West Point Avenue.

(e) Stegelske Avenue. Stegelske Avenue between Route 5 and a point 900 feet south of Route 5.
