8106.00 General.
(a) Route 60. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 60, between exit 59 of IR 90 and exit 12 of Route 17, the Southern Tier Expressway, in the Towns of Dunkirk, Pomfret, Stockton, Charlotte, Gerry and Ellicott, and the Villages of Fredonia, Cassadaga and Sinclairville.
(b) Route 17. Route 17, the Southern Tier Expressway, between the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus county line and the New York-Pennsylvania state line in the Towns of Poland, Ellicott, Ellery, North Harmony, Sherman and Mina.
(c) Route 430. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 430 between Strunk Road and Washington Street in the Town of Ellicott and the City of Jamestown.
(d) Route 394. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 394, North Portage Road between I-90 (exit 60) and Bourne Street in the Town of Westfield and the Village of Westfield; provided, however, that this route is designated as an access highway for use by tractor-semi-trailer combinations with no overall length limitations and for vehicles 102 inches wide, and is not hereby designated as an access highway for tandem trailer vehicles.
(e) Route 20. Route 20 between Newton Street and Roberts Road in the Village of Fredonia and the Towns of Pomfret and Sheridan.
(f) Middle Road. Middle Road (CR 121) between Route 5 and Urban Road, in the City of Dunkirk and the Town of Dunkirk.
(g) Roberts Road. Roberts Road (CR 136) between Urban Road and Route 20, in the Towns of Dunkirk and Sheridan.
(h) Urban Road. Urban Road, CR 121, between Roberts Road and Middle Road in the City of Dunkirk and the Town of Dunkirk.
(i) South Work Street. South Work Street between Route 394 and Allen Street, in the Town of Ellicott and the Village of Falconer.
(j) [Eff. until June 22, 1994, see also subd. (j) below.] Tiffany Avenue between Route 394 (North Main Street) and Hopkins Avenue in the Village of Falconer and the City of Jamestown.
(j) [Eff. June 22, 1994 until Sept. 2, 1998, see also subd. (j) above and below.] Route 60. Route 60 between Washington Street and the driveway to Central Tractor in the City of Jamestown and the Town of Kiantone.

(l) CR 380. CR 380 between Route 60 and Elmwood Avenue in the Towns of Gerry, Ellicott and the Village of Falconer.
(n) US Route 62. US Route 62 between Route 17 (exit 14) and the Pennsylvania state line in the Towns of Poland, Carroll and Kiantone.
(o) Vineland Avenue. Vineland Avenue between Route 60 and Central Avenue in the City of Dunkirk and the Town of Dunkirk.
(p) US Route 20. US Route 20 between the Erie-Chautauqua county line and Roberta Road in the Town of Sheridan, Town of Hanover and the Village of Silver Creek.
