8103.16 Town of Kirkwood.
(a) Route 990G. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 990G, including all access ramps, between Route 17 and US Route 11, a distance of 1.0± mile.
(b) US Route 11. The northbound and southbound roadways of US Route 11, between Route 990G and the Binghamton city line, a distance of 1.1± miles.
(c) CR 74 between US Route 11 and CR 538, a distance of 0.3± mile.
(d) CR 538 between CR 74 and Corporate Drive, a distance of 0.50± mile.
(e) CR 317 between CR 538 and CR 538, a distance of 1.4± miles.
(f) Francis Street (Route 990F) between Route 990G and Crescent Drive, a distance of 0.17± mile in the Town of Kirkwood.
(g) Crescent Drive between Francis Street and Mary Street, a distance of 0.23± mile; provided, however, that Crescent Drive between Francis Street and Mary Street is designated as an access highway for use by tandem-trailer combinations of not more than 96 inches in width only, and is not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.
(h) Mary Street between Crescent Drive and the Holmes Terminal, a distance of 0.10± mile; provided, however, that Mary Street between Crescent Drive and the Holmes Terminal is designated as an access highway for use by tandem-trailer combinations of not more than 96 inches in width only, and is not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.
(i) Corporate Drive between CR 538 and Link Drive, a distance of 0.7± mile.
(j) [Repealed]
(k) Barlow Road. Barlow Road between CR 538 and the northwesterly entrance to the NYSDOT Broome County Residency facility, a distance of 0.15± mile.
(l) CR 313. CR 313 between CR 74 and the Kirkwood/Conklin town line.
