(e) Alice Street between US Route 11 and Robinson Street, a distance of 0.20± mile, provided, however, that Alice Street between US Route 11 and Robinson Street is designated as an access highway for use by tandem trailer combinations of not more than 96 inches in width only, and is not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.

(f) Frederick Street. Frederick Street between Route 7 and Montgomery Street.

(g) Whitney Avenue. Whitney Avenue between Frederick Street and Robinson Street.

(h) US Route 11 between the northerly Binghamton city line and Karlada Drive, a distance of 0.3± mile in the City of Binghamton.

(i) Karlada Drive between US 11 and a point 300 feet west of US 11, a distance of 0.05± mile; provided, however, that Karlada Drive between US 11 and a point 300 feet west of US 11 is designated as an access highway for use by tandem trailer combinations and is not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.

(j) Robinson Street. Robinson Street between Route 7 and Whitney Avenue.

(k) Montgomery Street. Montgomery Street between Frederick Street and a point 2,500 feet north of Frederick Street.
