(b) IR 684. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 684 between IR 287 and the Westchester-Putnam county line in the Towns of Harrison, North Castle, Mount Kisco, Bedford, Lewisboro and North Salem.

(c) IR 287. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 287 between the New York City line and the Westchester-Rockland county line in the City of Yonkers, Villages of Ardsley and Tarrytown and Town of Greenburgh.
