(c) Route 49. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 49 between Route 365 and Route 291 in the City of Rome and Towns of Floyd and Marcy.

(d) Route 365. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 365 between Thruway Interchange 33 and Route 49 in the Towns of Verona and Westmoreland and the City of Rome.

(e) IR 90. The eastbound and westbound roadways of IR 90 between the Madison-Oneida county line and the Oneida-Herkimer county line in the City of Utica, Village of Whitesboro and Towns of Verona, Westmoreland, Whitestown and Marcy.
