04A The USE CROSSWALK (R9-3bP), USE UNDERPASS (NYR6-5P), and USE OVERPASS (NYR6-7P) supplemental plaques (see Figure 2B-26 and Sign Drawing SD-R10) may be installed below the R9-3sign to indicate the direction to a nearby crosswalk, underpass, or overpass. A left-facing arrow, placed to the left of the word “USE,” may be used, as needed.
