(a) Three sets of current U. S. Geological Survey Maps (7½ or 15-minute) sufficient to show the entire route of the proposed construction or reconstruction and an area of one mile on either side of the route. The route of the construction or reconstruction shall be clearly indicated thereon.
(b) Three sets of strip maps and design drawings showing details of the proposed construction or reconstruction.
