The Department of Motor Vehicles has posted a sign setting forth the location where public records shall be available for inspection and copying, the title and business address of the records access officer and fiscal officer, and the right to appeal by any requester denied access to a record for whatever reason and the title and business address of the person to whom an appeal is to be directed.
