503.1 Background and intent.
The purpose of this Part is to set forth uniform procedures for the conduct of adjudicatory proceedings, as defined in section 102 of the State Administrative Procedure Act, within the Office of Mental Health. Such procedures are intended to assure that all adjudicatory proceedings are impartial, efficient, timely, expert and fair.
