The division shall have the right to conduct on-site inspections to evaluate the certified provider's performance in delivering the program in accordance with its application and this Part.

Refusal to provide the division with access for the purpose of such inspection may result in termination of certification in accordance with section 343.15 of this Part of denial of renewal of certification in accordance with section 343.14 of this Part.
