All certified providers must remit to the division at the end of each eight week program 10 percent of all fees collected from program participants to help defray the cost to the division of administering the program.

Failure to remit such payments may result in termination of certification in accordance with section 343.15 of this Part or denial of renewal of certification in accordance with section 343.14 of this Part.
