200.7 Rules concerning exemptions.
In compliance with section 684.2(c)(4) of the General Business Law, an applicant for an exemption shall supply such information concerning the identity and business experience of persons affiliated with the franchisor as is required to be set forth in an offering prospectus under paragraphs (c)(2)-(4) of section 200.4 of this Part.
