43.11 Insulation and grounding.
A machine utilizing electric current for any purpose shall be so constructed that any part or point which may be touched by an employee or other person when the machine is exposed for normal operation shall be either effectively insulated and protected or electrically grounded. Resistance to ground shall not exceed 25 ohms.
