43.6 Moving parts.
Moving parts which can be demonstrated to be capable of causing injury if touched while in motion incidental to normal operation shall be so located or enclosed that they cannot be touched while their motion is sufficient to cause injury. Protecting enclosures shall be of substantial construction.
