11 CRR-NY 360.12
360.12 Applicability.
The amendment to section 360.10(d)(1) of this Part and the new section 360.11(j) and (k) of this Part shall take effect on March 1, 2001 and shall apply to all policies and contracts subject to chapter 501 of the Laws of 1992 issued, renewed, modified, altered or amended on or after such date.
