Every public adjuster shall retain his books, files and records for at least three years from the completion of the services rendered, and said books shall be readily available for department inspection. Every file where services were rendered in which a fee has been paid or shall be paid shall contain a written compensation agreement in accordance with section 25.6 of this Part.
