Alternative pricing methods are not permitted except for package prices which are agreed upon between the funeral firm and a governmental agency, or between the funeral firm and a not-for-profit corporation for members of the corporation or other persons whose interests are represented by the corporation. The itemization requirements of Part 78 of this Title must be complied with and if an alternative pricing method is selected by the person making arrangements, the charges must be listed and provided to the person on an itemization statement which complies with Part 78. Package prices must be broken down and listed by their component parts on the itemization statement except for the "Alternative Services" and the "Limited Services" in section 79.4(e)(1) and (10) of this Part.
