2818.3 Reapplication evaluation.
(a) Subsequent contract awards are based on a review of the items in section 2818.1 of this Part with weighted scoring as follows:
(1) fulfillment of contract activities;
(2) organizational and fiscal management; and
(3) proposed program; budget and community support.
