Attendance reports shall be completed for each pay period for all employees of the local agency. The form of attendance report will depend on the system adopted by the local agency, and should be supported by timeclock cards, sign-in sheets, etc. For administrative employees, the reports shall indicate the attendance for each employee and the amount of leave taken, if leave is granted by local agency. For all other employees, the number of hours worked each day and the rates of pay per hour shall be shown in addition to leave, if any.
