1642-4.12 Alphabetical cross index.
An index file should be maintained alphabetically by surname, of all tenants residing in the project. Such a file will assist cashiers in locating tenants' ledger cards. This file should show the tenant's name, address, telephone number, account number, monthly authorized rental, date of occupancy, and date vacated. As tenants vacate the development, the file of such tenants should be withdrawn.
