1630-4 Operating Period
Note:
Approximately two months before it is anticipated that any portion of completed project will be ready for acceptance by authority from building construction contractor, authority shall proceed to obtain bids for its insurance requirements during operating period in accordance with Subpart 1630-1. The division will cooperate with the authority in preparing specifications for information of insurance carriers invited to submit quotations.
