The designated waters are located in the upper Hudson river drainage basin within New York State excluding the Hoosic River drainage basin, as outlined on map 1, section 941.7, infra, and as contained within the topographic limit line shown on reproduced topographical maps herein, excluding the waters contained within the boundaries of State-owned forest preserve lands, and the waters of Loon Lake, Brant Lake, Friends Lake and their tributaries.
