The designated waters are located in the St. Lawrence River drainage basin within New York State, as outlined on map 1, section 910.7, infra, and as contained within the topographic limit line shown on the reproduced topographical maps in section 910.9, infra, excluding the waters contained within boundaries of State-owned forest preserve lands.
