The applicable agency reservoir releases manager shall be responsible for monitoring the water elevations in East Sidney Lake, and for notifying the department reservoir releases manager at least 24 hours prior to the time it is estimated that the water elevation in East Sidney Lake will reach 1,150 feet mean sea level between May 1st and September 30th, inclusive, and 1,140 feet mean sea level between December 1st and April 30th inclusive.
