645-1.2 Severability.
If any provision of Part 645 or 646, or its application to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, it is hereby expressly declared to be the intent of the commission that the remainder of Parts 645 and/or 646, and the application thereof to any persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
