Employees of the Department of Environmental Conservation having the titles of food inspector or senior food inspector are designated to enforce the provisions of article 13 of the Environmental Conservation Law, and the rules, regulations and orders enacted or promulgated thereunder, as provided by section 71-0201 of the Environmental Conservation Law.
