383-13.1 Applicability.
Sections 383-13.2 through 383-13.5 of this Subpart specify the minimum requirements for recordkeeping, reporting, and public information during the pre-operation, operation, closure, post-closure, and institutional control periods for a land disposal facility. Except as otherwise provided in this Part, any person who maintains or operates a land disposal facility subject to this Part must do so in accordance with the requirements of this Subpart.
