383-8.1 Applicability.
Sections 383-8.2 through 383-8.8 of this Subpart specify the minimum requirements for the operation of a land disposal facility. Any person who maintains or operates an underground mined repository must also comply with the requirements of section 383-8.9 of this Subpart.
