382.20 Scope, purpose and applicability.
Sections 382.20 through 382.23 of this Part specify the minimum characteristics that a site must have to be acceptable for use as a land disposal facility. Any site used for aboveground or belowground disposal must meet the requirements of sections 382.21 and 382.22. Any site used for an underground mined repository must meet the requirements of sections 382.21 and 382.23.
