Operations at the land disposal facility must be conducted in compliance with the standards for radiation protection set out in Title 12, Part 38, of the Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York,except for radiation doses governed by section 382.11 of this Part. Radiation exposures must be maintained as low as reasonably achievable.
