No person shall use any preparation containing one or more esters of 2,4-D, 2,4-5-T or MCP within the affected area as set forth in section 323.4 of this Title, or within two miles of the boundaries of any grape vineyard which is located, in whole or in part, within the said affected area. No person shall use within the said affected area any dust formulations of 2,4-D, 2,4-5-T or MCP in any chemical form whatever.
