320.1 General.
Generally, except when in conflict with the statutes of this State or with rules and regulations duly adopted by the commissioner, the rules and regulations applicable to and in conformity with the primary standards established by article 33 of the Environmental Conservation Law shall be those promulgated pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, and appearing as title 40, chapter I, parts 150-189 of the Code of Federal Regulations, in effect July 1, 1997.
