(a) All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the Greene-Ulster county line and the west bank of the Hudson River; thence northwesterly along the Greene-Ulster county line to the Governor Thomas E. Dewey Thruway; thence southerly along the Thruway to County Road 2; thence due east to the west bank of the Hudson River; thence northerly along the Hudson River bank to the beginning point.

(b) All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of Route 9W and Route 32 in the city of Kingston; thence northwesterly along Route 9W to the Kingston city line; thence counterclockwise along the Kingston city line to a point, in the mouth of Rondout Creek, due south to the Kingston Lighthouse; thence due north to the lighthouse; thence northwesterly along a straight line to the beginning point.
