311.2 Level IV.
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge and the west bank of the Hudson River; thence westerly along a straight line to the intersection of Tuyten Bridge Road and Route 9W; thence southerly along Route 9W to Route 32; thence southeasterly along a straight line to Kingston Lighthouse at the mouth of Rondout Creek; thence northerly along the west bank of the Hudson River to the beginning point.
