All that area within the following boundaries:
(a) Commencing at the intersection of the Hartsville-Canisteo town line and Purdy Creek-Shovel Hollow Road; thence easterly along Purdy Creek-Shovel Hollow Road to Canisteo village line; thence counterclockwise along the village line to Canisteo-Hornell Back Road; thence northwesterly along Canisteo-Hornell Back Road to the Hornell city line; thence counterclockwise along the city line to the North Hornell village line; thence due north to the Fremont-Hornellsville town line; thence clockwise along the town line to Arkport-Fremont Road; thence northwesterly along Arkport-Fremont Road to the Arkport village line; thence counterclockwise along the village line to Bishopville Road; thence southerly along a straight line to the intersection of Route 21 and the Hornell city line; thence counterclockwise along the city line to Route 36; thence due south to the Hartsville-Hornellsville town line; thence clockwise along the Hartsville town line to the beginning point.
(b) Commencing at the intersection of Mitchellville Road and the Bath-Urbana town line; thence southeasterly along the town line to Route 54; thence due southeast to Mt. Washington- Argus Hill Road; thence southwesterly along Mt. Washington-Argus Hill Road to Rumsey Road; thence southwesterly along Rumsey Road to the Bath village line; thence clockwise along the village line to the Veterans Administration Center boundary; thence clockwise along the Veterans Administration Center boundary to the Delaware, Lackawanna, and Western Railroad; thence northerly along a straight line to the intersection of the Erie-Lackawanna Railroad and Route 15; thence due east to Mitchellville Road; thence northerly along Mitchellville Road to the beginning point.
