All that area bounded by a line beginning at the intersection of Fifth Street and Main Street in the village of South Glens Falls; thence northwesterly along Main Street to the Saratoga-Warren county line (Hudson River); thence easterly along the Saratoga-Warren county line to the Washington county line; thence southerly along a straight line to the intersection of Ferry Boulevard and Bluebird Road; thence westerly along Ferry Boulevard to Fifth Street; thence southwesterly along Fifth Street to the point of beginning.
