296.2 Level II.
All that area within the following boundaries:
(a) The corporate limits of the Village of Cooperstown.
(b) The corporate limits of the Village of Richfield Springs.
(c) The corporate limits of the Village of Unadilla.
(d) Commencing at the junction of Otsego-Delaware county line and the Otego-Oneonta town line; thence northwesterly along the town line to Route 7; thence northeasterly along Route 7 to Glens Bridge Road; thence northerly along Glens Bridge Road to County Club Road; thence northerly along Country Club Road to Route 23; thence northerly along Route 23 to the Laurens-Oneonta town line; thence due east to the Milford-Oneonta town line; thence clockwise along the Oneonta town line to the Otsego-Delaware county line; thence clockwise along the county line to the beginning point.
