(b) All that area bounded by a line beginning at the intersection of Telegraph Road (Route 31A) and the Niagara-Orleans county line; thence westerly along Telegraph Road to the Middleport village line; thence clockwise along the village line to the intersection of the eastern portion of the village line and the Erie Canal; thence easterly along the canal to the Niagara-Orleans county line; thence southerly along the county line to the beginning point.

(c) All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of Transit Road and Keller Avenue in the town of Newfane; thence due west to Eighteenmile Creek; thence southerly along Eighteenmile Creek to a point due west of the intersection of McKee Street and Lockport-Olcott Road; thence due east to said intersection; thence easterly along McKee Street to Transit Road; thence northerly along Transit Road to the beginning point.
