(a) The air quality within the politica boundaries of Nassau County shall be maintained as set forth in Part 256, Ambien Air Quality Standards—Classifications System, using Levels IV, III, and II a detailed below.

(b) The classification of the air over the waters of the Atlantic Ocean an Long Island Sound shall be the same as the classification of the adjacent land mass.
