278.2 Level IV.
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the west bank of the Hudson River and the Greene-Ulster county line; thence northwesterly along the Greene-Ulster county line to Route 9W; thence northerly along Route 9W to the Catskill village line; thence southeasterly along the Catskill village line to the west bank of the Hudson River; thence southerly along the Hudson River bank to the beginning point.
