271.2 Level II.
All that area within the following boundaries:
(a) The corporate limits of the Village of Delhi.
(b) The corporate limits of the Village of Hancock.
(c) The corporate limits of the Village of Sidney.
(d) The corporate limits of the Village of Walton.
(e) Commencing at the intersection of the Delaware-Broome county line and the Deposit village line (north side); thence clockwise along the village line to Route 17; thence southerly along Route 17 to Airport Road; thence due west to the Delaware-Broome county line.
