(a) Commencing at the intersection of the Albany-Saratoga county line and Interstate Route 87 (Northway); thence southerly along Interstate Route 87 to Route 20; thence easterly along Route 20 to School House Road; thence southerly along School House Road to the Governor Thomas E. Dewey Thruway (Interstate Route 87); thence southeasterly and southerly along the Thruway to Wemple Road; thence easterly along Wemple Road to Route 144; thence due east to the west bank of the Hudson River.

(b) Commencing at the junction of Coeymans Creek and the Hudson River; thence westerly and northerly along Coeymans Creek to a point due east of the northeast corner of the village of Ravena; thence due west to said point; thence counterclockwise along the Ravena village line to Route 9W; thence northerly along Route 9W to South Bethlehem Road; thence northwesterly along South Bethlehem Road to Ten Eyck Hill Road; thence northeasterly along a straight line to the intersection of Coeymans Creek and Route 9W; thence due east to the west bank of the Hudson River.
