227-2.1 Applicability.
The provisions of this Subpart apply to owners and operators of major facilities of NOx that contain any of the following types of emission sources:
(a) very large boilers;
(b) large boilers;
(c) mid-size boilers;
(d) small boilers;
(e) combustion turbines;
(f) stationary internal combustion engines; and
(g) other combustion installations.
