219-8.1 Applicability.
The Federal requirements of 40 CFR part 60, subpart BBBB, incorporated by reference in Part 200 (see section 200.10, Table 2 of this Title) apply to small municipal waste combustion Class I and Class II units that are constructed on or before August 30, 1999.
